Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 November 2026 · Zboon SaaS agreement
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Zboon — the loyalty platform website, admin dashboard, POS tools, public join pages, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Zboon, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Zboon is a software-as-a-service product that helps cafés and restaurants run digital loyalty (stamps, points, vouchers, campaigns, wallet passes, and related tools). Features may change as we improve the product. We may offer trials, paid plans, and add-ons; pricing on zboon.net or in a written quote applies unless we agree otherwise.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your business account and for staff you invite.
- You must be authorized to bind the business that uses Zboon.
Your content & customer data
You retain rights to your business content (logos, menu copy, program rules) and to member data you collect through Zboon. You grant us a license to host and process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for lawful collection of customer data (consent, notices, and local requirements). Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or sensitive data that Zboon is not designed to handle.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing. We may use aggregated or de-identified usage data to analyze and improve Zboon and our own products. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service (spam, fraud, scraping, reverse engineering beyond what’s allowed by law, or interfering with other customers).
- Do not use Zboon to send unlawful messages or misrepresent rewards.
- We may suspend accounts that threaten security, violate these Terms, or leave invoices unpaid.
Fees & cancellation
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select (for example daily or yearly). Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we state otherwise. You may stop using Zboon and request account closure; we may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Maintenance, third-party outages (including wallet providers), and force majeure may affect availability. The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zboon and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
